Shipping
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies according to location of delivery, as soon as we receive your order we will provide you a shipping quote from our shipping partners.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Individual delivery times will be provided based on location of your preferred delivery address.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Shipping Partners?
We use our shipping partners M/s Sky Barge Freight Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, who manage and ship goods via Fed Ex, DHL or direct through airlines if goods are of heavy nature. After you confirm your order we shall provide costs and timings for shipping via all options and will ship only after confirmation from your side.
Insurance.
Our goods are fragile as are mostly made of stone, all shipments will be insured on your behalf by us before shipping. Costs of insurance are included in the costs of goods.
